We are now accepting applications for food vendors to the Connective Art & Music Festival! We hope you will consider applying as a vendor. It will be a fun day filled with art, music, activities for all ages and of course, amazing food!

Food Vendor Terms and Conditions *
Application: Completion and submission of application for participants of The Connective Arts & Music Festival is due by April 5, 2019. Please note that submission of your application does not guarantee acceptance into the festival. You will hear back from the selection committee by April 30th should you submit by the due date above. Completed applications should be mailed to The Connective Festival PO Box 315 Oxford, PA 19363. Payment: If you are accepted as a food vendor, payment is due within 10 days of your acceptance. If payment is not received, you forfeit your application and your space will be given to another food vendor. Checks should be made payable to: The Connective Festival and mailed to PO Box 315 Oxford, PA 19363. Set Up: Trucks will be allowed to begin on-site set-up at 9:00am. Trucks and vendors must be in their designated space no later than 10:00am. All support vehicles must be off the street by 9:45am. Gates open at 10:00am. Necessary inspections will begin no later than 11:00am. All trucks must have a fire extinguisher. Trucks must be self-contained and keep all packing materials out of sight. More details regarding location of food trucks/food vendors will be sent via email prior to the festival. Utilities: Trucks must be self-sufficient. Electricity, water and ice will not be supplied. An ample amount of trash receptacles will be present. Quiet generators are required. Supplies: All food vendors must provide an ample amount of napkins, utensils, straws, condiments, etc for their customers as well as bring your own ice. Clean-Up: All vendors must clear their designated space of all trash and/or debris. Spaces needing to be cleaned after the event could result in prohibition of future event participation. All vendors will be released for departure after the crowd disperses and the committee provides safe exit routes. Inclement Weather: This is a rain or shine event. You must present a Chester County Health Food License certificate to the selection committee within 30 days of acceptance. Failure to do so will result in denial of future applications.
