Call for Artists

If you’re an artist looking to exhibit and sell your work, become a part of the second annual Connective Arts and Music Festival in downtown Oxford!  Due to the overwhelming success of last year’s Gallery Row, we are expanding Gallery Row and have added a World Market area. Our expansion also extends to our demonstrators, street painters and Clash of the Canvases.

Seasoned artisans and newcomers alike are encouraged to join the Connective Festival and share their art with our audience!  If you are interested in joining us, please apply to one or more of the applications below.

Clash of the Canvases is a live painting event that will take place during the Connective Festival. Three new artists will be selected to compete against each other and last year’s champion, Fred Osborne. Festival-goers are encouraged to watch artists work as part of the Connective experience.

During the final hours of the festival and competition, the attendees are encouraged to vote on their favorite piece. Artists will each be given the option to auction off their final piece with 50% of proceeds given to the non-profits organizing the Connective. The winners of both the competition and auction will be recognized at the end.
